Private studio sessions are one-to-one appointments that are tailored specifically to YOUR needs and goals. Whether you are just starting your Pilates journey or wanting to take your practice to the next level, one-to-one private sessions are the "secret sauce" to moving and feeling better.

These sessions allow for extra emphasis on proper alignment, technique, breath-work, and flow of movement.

You will be guided through a well-rounded Pilates session on multiple pieces of Pilates apparatus with attention to your personal abilities, needs, and goals.

A duet studio session is a two client session that is as balanced as possible to meet the needs of both clients. This is great for people who like working out with a partner but still want extra attention and guidance that a larger group Pilates class may not be able to offer.

In addition, doing a duet session is cost-saving as each client will pay less than a private session.

For new duets, I generally recommend each client book a private session prior to coming in for a duet so I am able to make an individual assessment and create a well rounded duet session for each client.

Pilates mat sessions are a wonderful way to explore Pilates movement in a group setting. I can provide high quality Pilates mats and accessory props like magic circles, Pilates balls, therabands, etc. If you are interested in organizing a private group mat session or workshop, please contact me so we can discuss details, logistics and I can give you an estimate.

Need or want a virtual Pilates session? These can be mat-based or with your own Pilates equipment, if you have it. This is a great option when you want to keep your Pilates practice going but cannot make it into the studio!

Occasionally I may also offer group virtual mat sessions for established clients who are familiar with the Pilates repertoire and desire this service.
